Any estimate, proposal, package, timeline or deliverable is valid only when confirmed in writing. Scope, price and delivery schedule may change if project requirements change after approval.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business details, content, approvals, access credentials, brand assets, hosting information and feedback on time. Delays in providing required information may affect delivery timelines. Clients must ensure that any materials supplied to us do not infringe third-party rights.
Work may require advance payment, milestone payment or recurring payment depending on the service. A project begins only after the agreed payment, content, access and written approval are received. Late payments may pause work, delay launch or restrict ongoing support until dues are cleared.
Reasonable revisions may be included when mentioned in the proposal. Requests that change the original direction, add new pages, add new features, require additional integrations or require substantial rework may be quoted separately. We aim to be flexible while keeping projects fair and sustainable.
Some projects may depend on hosting providers, payment gateways, plugins, APIs, ad platforms, analytics tools, email providers or other third-party services. Webgraph Worldwide is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes or technical limitations caused by third-party providers.
After full payment, approved final deliverables created specifically for the client may be transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated. Pre-existing templates, frameworks, internal processes, source libraries, reusable components and know-how remain the property of Webgraph Worldwide or their respective owners.
We work professionally to deliver reliable services, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, sales, leads, revenue, platform approvals or uninterrupted third-party performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
